Discover how practitioners determine and plan which activities are necessary to complete a business analysis effort. Master essential analysis theories that govern the performance of all other business analysis and transformation tasks. Those who intend to sit for the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) exam should also meet the IIBA® testing requirements.
