Bert-Jan Teunissen, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, deed ruim 20 jaar ervaring op in de zakelijke dienstverlening en logistiek waar het hem opviel dat ‘verandering’ de enige constante lijkt binnen bedrijven en overheid. In wisselende rollen was hij verantwoordelijk voor teams en projecten waarbij hij ook in aanraking kwam met ‘Operational Excellence’, Agile en het Lean-gedachtengoed. Ervaring die hij graag inzet als trainer en consultant binnen de LeanSixSigma groep. Bert-Jan is een enthousiaste creatieveling die snel organisaties en processen doorziet.
De afgelopen jaren is bij hem het inzicht gegroeid dat de ‘bovenstroom’ weliswaar belangrijk is, maar dat echte, duurzame verandering alleen ontstaat als de ‘onderstroom’ ook meebeweegt. "De bootcamp was intensief maar heel interessant. Door Bert-Jan en Ruben zijn we meegenomen in de Lean Six Sigma methode.
