As an employer and employee, you must be able to speak two languages, Body and English.
Body language is the subtle way we communicate with others – often knowingly, but also without even knowing that we send messages by the way we move.
We transmit signals to those around us as strongly as we do with words in every gesture of our body – from the way we shake hands, step across a room, and sit at a desk, to the micro gestures on our faces that we are not conscious of.
