Content
- This training deals with the typical challenges in the area of serialization and track and trace and how these can be addressed with the help of SAP’s serialization solutions SAP AII and OER. Starting from an overview of product serialization in general and typical process requirements in this area the key solutions SAP Auto ID Infrastructure and SAP Object Event Repository are introduced. The training enables participants to work with the most important SAP AII tools like serial number range management, Auto ID mobile transaction, Auto ID cockpit and the Auto ID test tool. Furthermore, it provides hands on experience for OER covering the most important Event Management configurations like Event Handler Type, EPCIS interfaces and product authentication. An extensive set of configuration exercises will show how a Secure Track and Trace process can be executed. The third training day will be used for an end-to-end extensibility exercise.
Notes
- Given the rather technical background of the serialization business this training is mainly meant for project member with a solid technical background.
