Goals

  • The scope of OCM Safeguarding is to measure the impact of all OCM activities by different proven methods and tools and is linked to the people side of the project (e.g. acceptance). They are seen as complementary to the project controlling activities that are normally focused on “hard” project aspects (e.g. budget, time and scope). An objective and reliable evaluation of the OCM situation enables continuous improvement, early adaptation of the OCM strategy and is considered as one key success factor for the entire transformation process.
