- Learn to write flexible, customized Open Server Library 11 applications. Open Server allows you to develop middle tier server applications. Develop a Help Desk application that demonstrates the fundamental Open Server techniques including starting and stopping the server; getting information from the client; handling errors; and returning results to the client.
