  • Learn how to use PowerDesigner 15.1 to create key UML diagrams for the Object-Oriented Model type. You will be given a high-level overview of the UML and Object-Oriented Analysis and Design and how PowerDesigner works with these principles.
  • The goal of this course is to give you a better understanding of PowerDesigner and how to extend PowerDesigner to better serve your organization’s needs.
  • The class will take you through the capturing of specifications, all the way to code generation. You will also be shown how to reverse- engineer existing code into an Object-Oriented Model. Interaction with other models is also discussed.
  • Other optional course topics include: Object-Relational mapping, using the PowerDesigner Repository, Web Service modeling, using the PowerDesigner Requirements model or use of the plug-ins for Visual Studio or Eclipse.
