Prerequisites
Essential- Fundamental understanding of SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework (SAP EAF)
- Successfully passed the EA200 training and Associate SAP Enterprise Architect certification
- Fundamental understanding of business process modeling
- 4-6 years project experience as an Enterprise Architect
- 2-3 years experience as a TOGAF Practitioner
- Attended the SOA220 training or TOGAF Practitioner training
- Experience in using EA or Business Process Modeling tools

- Understand the importance of establishing the Strategic Context
- Define the scope, constraints and schedule of an EA engagement
- Learn how to use an EA modeling tool to create EA content
- Understand how to analyze stakeholder needs and develop a stakeholder map
- Understand the methodology prescribed by EAF to perform business and technology capability assessments
- Understand and develop elements of an Architecture Vision
- Understand and develop elements of a Business Architecture
- Understand and develop elements of an Information System Architecture
- Understand and develop elements of a Technology Architecture
- Synthesize the initial roadmaps identified in Phases B to D and develop a consolidated roadmap
- Define key considerations in developing a high level implementation and migration strategy
