• This training course is designed to introduce students to the latest version of EC Gateway Server, enabling them to automate the tasks involved in processing EDI data including processing maps, setting up trading partners, tracking messages, and scheduling unattended operations.
• Through hands-on exercises, students will learn to:
• • Create EC Gateway process scripts that automatically run maps created in the EC Map product for processing EDI as well as proprietary data formats
  • Perform error checking within a EC Gateway process script
  • Process commands for file manipulation such as renaming and copying files
  • Run and troubleshoot the EC Gateway processes
  • How to create FTP and asynchronous communication scripts to handle automatic file transfers to and from trading partners
  • Use the EC Gateway Scheduler to automate the execution of EC Gateway process scripts and communication scripts
  • How to migrate from one EC Gateway system to another, such as moving from a development to a production environment
