Seminar Objectives:
Participants in the Life Patterns II seminar will learn to:
- Be more accepting of the strengths and weakness of your behavior that others see in you.
- Increase work productivity by gaining a full awareness of the way your thoughts and behaviors impact your effectiveness.
- Recognize and develop leadership abilities.
- Recognize personal behavior patterns when working alone or in a group.
- Improve your interpersonal relationship skills, and also gain a better understanding of the behavior of others.
- Develop a strategy for improving overall personal performance.
