That’s what we call the DRUCKER DIFFERENCE.

What do you want to be remembered for? When asked that question himself, Peter Drucker replied, “That I helped a few people achieve their goals.”

Let us show you how the DRUCKER DIFFERENCE can help you achieve your goals. We are committed to your success.

Degree and Certificate Options

The Executive Management Program is designed for working professionals. We offer several degree and certificate options that allow you to customize your Drucker Executive Management Program education to your specific interests and needs.

Our flexible course scheduling allows you to move through the program at your own pace and build your class schedule around your professional and personal life. We understand you may be concerned about returning to school, so we have designed our program to help you, as managers and executives, transition back to academic life.

Flexibility of schedule—Our program consists of three 14 week semesters divided into six 7-week modules each year. You can begin the program at any of our 6 entry points.

Typically, courses meet on weekday evenings and Saturdays once a week for 3 hours. We also offer intensive courses each semester that are completed in compressed time periods.

Classroom experience—you will be taught by faculty who are leading researchers in their fields; our small class sizes allow for an intimate learning experience and opportunities to network with other executives.

A relevant executive curriculum—we place strong emphasis on leadership and strategy - skills that are critical for senior managers; you may also choose to take elective courses at the other CGU schools to further customize your educational experience.

Obtaining an Executive degree is a very important investment to consider for your professional development and personal growth. Our aim at the Drucker School is to offer you the best support possible when determining how to finance your Executive education, including several fellowship opportunities.
