Learning Outcomes - Emotional Intelligence (EQ) for Professionals
By the end of this course, participants will:
- Define Emotional Intelligence
- Identify the benefits of emotional intelligence
- Learn the four core skills required to practice emotional intelligence
- Define and practice self-management, self-awareness, self-regulation, self-motivation and empathy
- Read associated verbal and nonverbal communication
- Successfully communicate with others in a non-verbal manner
- Verbally communicate with others
- Interpret and manage your emotions
- Master tools to regulate and gain control of one’s own emotions
- Articulate your emotions using the right language
- Balance optimism and pessimism
- Effectively impact others
- Relate emotional intelligence to the workplace
- Use the concepts and techniques in the workplace
Times
Public classes start at 9:00am and finish around 4:30pm.
Class Size
Public classes will be a small relaxed group of between 4 and 12 people.
The small group helps ensure that everyone will get a chance to ask questions and learn at their own pace.
What is provided?
All participants will be provided with morning tea, afternoon tea, printed bound courseware to keep and a Emotional Intelligence (EQ) for Professionals Certificate of Completion.
Certificates of Completion are issued to each participant
