Unified Communications Suite Administration

This 7 update 2 technical course starts with architecture diagrams from an overview to details. Next, installation and configuration of service components is covered. System setup starts with checking the system, installing an application server and directory server. Then the service components for user provisioning, email, and webmail. Now the Messaging Service is administrated, managed, configured, and monitored.

Then more components, Calendar, Instant Messaging, and the Indexing and Search Service, are installed, managed, configured, and monitored. Practical hands on is the core of the section of the course. This includes installation and configurations of a scalable multiple host email service setup.
