Instruction for TAR (Taleo ACE Recruiter) is driven through practical scenarios to optimize the use of the Recruiting Center. Participants will receive a well-rounded and in-depth understanding of the system while exploring options especially geared toward maximum value and efficiency. Students will also participate in group discussions to help challenge thoughtful use of the system. Instruction for TAR (Taleo ACE Recruiter) is driven through practical scenarios to optimize the use of the Recruiting Center. Almost every available feature on the current release will be covered in some way during the course. The most common tasks or those with greatest value to the recruiting process will be emphasized. (Note: Some features covered in the course may not be in use at the participant's organization).
Once all prerequisite courses have been completed the participant is then able to attend the TAR course and then must pass a scored assessment at the end of the course to receive the ACE designation. A final score of 75% must be attained to earn ACE.
