Prepare & Distribute Content

This course is a sequel to the Taleo Learn System and User Configuration course. It gives administrators the essential tasks needed to prepare content and distribute it to learners.

Learn the Distribution Methods

First, you'll learn how to set up and organize content, like uploading Web-Based Training and creating assessments. This is followed by a thorough overview of all the distribution methods or “Containers” available to present and distribute content to learners.

Explore Containers

“Containers” include Enrollments for ILT, VILT and other items, assignments, learning plans, job profiles and skills. You'll also learn the final steps in the process, which include: configuring LearnCenter pages to display content and containers to users, reporting and working with Sub-LearnCenters.

Hands-On Exercises

Participants will walk through hands-on exercises within the administrator’s Control Panel and other administration tools to become familiar with all these areas of the LearnCenter. At the end of this course, attendees will have a full understanding of how their learners will interact and engage with the LearnCenter and its content.

Live Virtual Class Format

A Live Virtual Class (LVC) is exclusively for registered students; unregistered individuals may not view an LVC at any time. Registered students must view the class from the country listed in the registration form. Unauthorized recording, copying, or transmission of LVC content may not be made.
