Oracle Real-Time Decisions (RTD) for Developers

This course, designed for individuals on the implementation team responsible for RTD installation and administration, enables participants to perform tasks required to successfully configure and deploy RTD with their operational applications. Participants learn about various aspects of integration between RTD and target applications, including Siebel Call Center and E-Commerce, and are prepared to engage on RTD deployment projects at all levels of the project lifecycle, from gathering requirements to production rollout and monitoring.

The course introduces the RTD platform, describing its features, function, and capabilities. It also covers the RTD architecture, platform, and pre-built Base and Specialized solutions, including RTD for Intelligent Offer Generation and RTD for E-Commerce. The lesson topics are reinforced with structured hands-on practices during which participants create and deploy a fully functional inline service project from scratch.
