Oracle Database 11g: New Features for Streams Seminar Release 2

In this course, students learn about the new Streams features and functionality in Oracle Database 11g Release 1 and Release 2.

These features include enhancements to usability and manageability functionality for administering an Oracle Streams environment. Changes and additions to Oracle Streams functionality, such as implementing synchronous capture, splitting and merging of streams, and comparing and converging data are discussed. Students see some of the new features and functionality in action through the use of viewlets.
