Oracle Communications Design Studio: Platform Basics - Self-Study Course

This course includes the fundamental concepts necessary for using Oracle Communications Design Studio. By the end of this tutorial, participants will understand the components of the Design Studio interface, how to define initial preferences, and how to package and build a cartridge.

This course is targeted to the following audiences:

• Data modelers, who are responsible for designing the data types and structures necessary to support a cartridge or solution.
• Cartridge designers, who design deployable components spanning a single product domain. This role is typically a product expert.
• Solution designers, who assemble cartridges to deliver a multi-product solution. This role may also design additional cartridges to achieve cross-product interactions.
• Developers, who build code to support the metadata components of a cartridge. A developer is an expert in various development languages, such as Java, XPath, XQuery, or SQL.
