Total time accounting enables users to enter hourly timecards for salaried employees and ensure that their total pay for the period matches their expected salaried pay.
The end-to-end operations involved in the management and administration of time and labor are explained and demonstrated in detail. Students will learn the cross-functional dependencies between the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Time and Labor and other JD Edwards EnterpriseOne systems to support processing employee timecards.
Students with a focus on labor management and time accounting will learn and practice key software features and functions that are used to quantify and document labor activities. They will also learn how the information on the timecards is used to create journal entries to record labor hours for payment and billing purpose.
