The course starts with a discussion of the role Analytics plays in the Oracle Knowledge Solution, and how it connects to the business goals of the organization. The students will then explore a variety of business metrics, and identify key performance indicators for their organization.
The course then guides the students through the process of investigating and interpreting specific interactions and trends over time. The students will explore data and analyze information specific to both Search and Information Manager. Finally, the students will connect the Oracle Knowledge Analytics results to their own organization’s key performance indicators.
In the process, students will learn to use the Analytics interface to find, evaluate and communicate the data most important to their organization.
