Description

This course is for intermediate-level students who wish to improve their grammar and writing. Students in this course may be comfortable speaking and writing but still make accuracy errors that cause misunderstandings and interfere with personal, professional, and academic goals. In this highly interactive course, students study and practice a wide variety of grammar topics, such as verb tense, articles, prepositions, syntax, and sentence structure. Students’ individual grammar needs will also be addressed through frequent corrections on written assignments, such as essays, blog posts, and online discussions. Students also work on identifying and correcting their own errors.
