This course is required for those who wish to earn a Certificate in Coaching. After taking a Skills and Practices course, all participants are expected to coach clients under the guidance of a faculty member through this practicum. Upon completion, participants may take the Master Class in Coaching and obtain the Certificate in Coaching.
