Course 7251: Maintaining Windows Server 2008 Active Directory Domain Services

Introduction This 2-hour course describes how to audit Active Directory, recover Active Directory data, and monitor Active Directory replication. It also explains how to deploy a read-only domain controller (RODC) in a branch office. This knowledge helps you manage Active Directory in your organization.

• Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS)
• Active Directory replication
• RODCs in branch offices

This course helps you prepare for the following certification exam:

• 70-646: Pro: Windows Server 2008, Server Administrator

To get the most out of this course, you should have the following certifications or equivalent knowledge:

• Windows Server 2003 MCSE or MCSA
• 70-642: TS: Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure, Configuring
• 70-640: TS: Windows Server 2008 Active Directory, Configuring
