This course describes how to plan network addressing and name
resolution services Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) and
Domain Name System (DNS). An understanding of the role of DHCP and
DNS in providing the foundation for additional higher-level
services, such as Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), and for
applications, such as messaging and database systems is required
when you plan the deployment of these network infrastructure
