Introduction This course describes how to create, configure, and
manage users within your organizations deployment of Office 365. An
understanding of adding users and managing user properties is
critical to allowing them access to the services that Office 365
provides. Office 365 roles determine what features, functionality,
and access users have within the service. Office 365 allows
different levels of access to be granted to users so that they can
administer sections of the Office 365 service, but do not have full
administrative access to the service. An understanding of these
roles is essential for providing granular levels of access and
functionality as required to meet the needs of your users and of
your organization. In organizations with existing implementations
of Active Directory, an understanding of the options and
authentication methods for linking your existing organization to
Office 365 is essential for providing users single sign-on. As a
result, users will be able to use their local Active Directory
account to access the Office 365 cloud services, Webmail, and
Microsoft Outlook. Objectives At the end of the course, students
