Course 70028: Deploying and Configuring Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services

Introduction This 1.25-hour course provides the information needed to deploy and configure Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services. Targeted for those students who want to integrate AD LDS with Active Directory Domain Services(AD DS) to provide access to additional users within their network environment,this course explains how to install AD LDS, configure AD LDS instances and partitions, and configure AD LDS replication. This course is intended for those preparing for MCTS: Windows Server 2008 Active Directory, Configuration certification (Exam 70-640), and who already have technical skills in management of Windows Server 2008 servers and Active Directory Domain Services. Objectives At the end of the course, students will be able to:
