Introduction This three-hour course describes the skills required for using Group Policy to manage user desktops and enterprise security and configuration in a Windows Server 2008 environment. Group Policy can be used to manage the configuration of a variety of components and features of Windows. Configuration can be defined, enforced, and updated by using the settings in Group Policy objects (GPOs) that affect a portion of the enterprise as broad as an entire site or a domain, or as narrow as a single organizational unit (OU) or a group.
