Course 6507: Configuring Terminal Services in Windows Server 2008

Introduction This 2-hour online course provides IT Professionals with the knowledge and skills to configure Terminal Services in Windows Server 2008.

Topics covered in the course include Terminal Services installation, new features configuration in RDC client 6.x and printing services configuration in terminal service.

Audience Prerequisites

• 3+ years of experience in planning, implementing, and supporting a Windows–based network using Windows Server 2003
• A Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) on Windows Server 2003 certification, or equivalent knowledge and skills

• Microsoft Silverlight 4.0 or higher
• Microsoft Windows Media Player 7.0 or higher
• Microsoft XML Core Services 3.0 or higher

• A sound card, and either speakers or headphones (for multi-media audio).
• Internet bandwidth of 56K or faster. Broadband internet access is recommended.
