Course 5254: Implementing Business Forms by Using Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007

Introduction In this online learning course, you will learn how to utilize InfoPath forms for collecting data in Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007. You will also learn how to configure InfoPath Forms Services to render business forms in a Web browser. This course also helps prepare you for certification exam 70- 630.

Student Prerequisites:

• Have completed (or equivalent knowledge / experience): 5403AE - Implementing Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services 3.0.
• Have on-the-job experience implementing, managing, and supporting Microsoft Windows Server 2003, including Internet Information Services (IIS).
• Have working knowledge of networking, for example, TCP/IP and Domain Name System (DNS).
• Have basic knowledge of key benefits of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS), new features and functionality of MOSS, and WSS 3.0 acting as a platform for MOSS.

Objectives At the end of the course, students will be able to:

• Describe how to collect data by using InfoPath forms and publish the InfoPath form templates to a form library in MOSS 2007.
• Configure InfoPath Forms Services in MOSS 2007 to render business forms in the browser.
