Introduction In this online learning course, you will use Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM) to monitor, optimize, report, and maintain hosted services in the hosted-environment. Also you will see how MOM uses Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SRS) to produce reports based on the Windows-based Hosting deployment. This also helps you prepare for the certification exam 70-501.Student Prerequisites:
- 3+ years of experience managing a Microsoft Windows-based network.
- An MCSE on Windows Server 2003 credential or equivalent knowledge.
- Knowledge equivalent to that taught in Course 2576.

- Microsoft Windows Media Player 7.0 or higher
- Microsoft XML Core Services 3.0 or higher
- A Super VGA monitor with minimum screen resolution 1024x768, with 16-bit color.
- A sound card, and either speakers or headphones (for multi-media audio).
- Internet bandwidth of 56K or faster. Broadband internet access is recommended.
- Microsoft Virtual Server ActiveX control (1MB disk space needed to install)
