Course 4918: Managing Address Lists in a Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 Environment

Introduction In this course, you explore a variety of methods for managing and customizing address lists, explore how the Microsoft Active Directory directory service stores and replicates data, and identify address lists and when to use the different types to accomplish common tasks. This course also helps prepare you for certification exam 70-284: Implementing and Managing Microsoft Exchange Server 2003. Objectives At the end of the course, students will be able to:

• Explore how Exchange uses Active Directory to store and replicate data
• Identify what address lists are
• Determine when to use different types of address lists
• Manage and customize address lists
