Course 4916: Managing Recipients in a Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 Environment

Introduction In this course, you explore the skills needed to administer Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 recipients (users, contacts, groups) and you explore how to use Active Directory Users and Computers to manage Exchange recipients stored in Active Directory. This course also helps prepare you for certification exam 70-284: Implementing and Managing Microsoft Exchange Server 2003. Objectives At the end of the course, students will be able to:

• Examine recipient objects and determine which recipient type and scope to use
• Create and configure users and contacts
• Manage Exchange Server 2003 mailboxes
• Manage mail-enabled groups
