Course 3365: Working with Service Applications and E-mail Messages in the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0

Introduction In this 2-hour course you will learn about Windows Services and E-mail in the Microsoft® .NET Framework 2.0. Topics range from creating, managing and installing services to creating and sending e-mail messages and attachments. In the lab, you will write create, install, and manage a Windows service.

Having the knowledge of creating Windows services and how to send e-mail programatically allows you to build more robust applications.

This course also will help you prepare for Exam 70-536 TS: Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0—Application Development Foundation. Objectives At the end of the course, students will be able to:
