Since most modern apps need to look good no matter what orientation
or size of device they are viewed with, you need to consider
different layout, view and orientation options. As you add and set
these options, you also look at other important elements that need
to be included in your app, like Icons, About and Privacy Policy
information as well as the all-important App Manifest. Knowing the
right way to create and add these elements will make a big
difference to whether your app will pass or fail the certification
process.
Once the app is complete, you learn how to reserve and set up a
name for it in the Windows Store Dashboard. All that’s left is to
upload, describe and submit your application for certification. In
a single course you go from zero to a basic submitted Windows
app... It’s just that easy!
Watch all the courses in our growing Windows 8 App Development
series to learn how to become a Microsoft Windows app
developer!
