Daarnaast vond ik het sterk dat de groepsdiscussies niet gericht waren op praktijvkoorbeelden van de deelnemers. Deze zijn namelijk niet voor iedereen relevant.

"- Content. Interesting and presented at a very logical way. But a large part is very theoretical and so I do not understand why this is all taught via a classroom training. The story could also have been presented via online learning or via book/ tutorial orso as it is very intuitive material. Then the classroom time can be more effectively and valuable used to summarize learnings, let people ask questions and share/ discuss experiences, and get hands on experience via e.g., more exercises such as the online bookstore example we did with groups. These were very helpful.
- Content: scrum is about dealing with people. But in the course this part was only very briefly touched upon at the end. Maybe this could also be more elaborated.
- Trainers. Great trainer. Really knew what he was talking about and could rapidly respond to all questions.
- Planning location: ok.

"Content was good, lots of content really focussed on RTE, not too much "repetition" of the basics.
Trainer could have been more sensitive on the energy levels in the room and to add some breaks or skip some stuff in the first two days as the third days was really packed with slides and we had to skip some interesting practices as well. Great lunch. Was surprised with the diversity (different lunch location every day!)
Very positive for Gladwell to invite us to diner on night 2 (unfortunately I could not attend).
Great location.
Content of the training was good. Lots of variety in theory / practice / group work, etc.

Tip for the trainer: check the needs of the audience and adapt the course intent based on the needs of the audience. We went through every single slide of the material which may not have been necessary. There was quite a lot of repetition / overlap with the SAFE course. Besides that many had experienced many PIs in practice, making some exercises feel simple or as repetition of content already familiar with." - 2017-10-02 00:00

"Is a good addition to the other SAFe trainings. I like the focus on the skills of the role.
Did not like: too much slides!

"Liked the interactivity and the exercises to get a tangible feel for what it means to work in an Agile / SAFe environment.

"Belangrijkste topics waren privacy, security en business value mbv big data. Deze onderwerpen werden goed belicht, e.e.a. was interactief. Het maakte het drieluik ook compleet wat samen een beeld gaf over wat big data is, hoet het werkt en wat je er mee kunt. "Trainer was inhoudelijk goed op de hoogte, bleef focus houden op stof examen. Dit in tegenstelling tot de training vooraf. Daar was veel ruimte voor discussie: vooral theorie vs praktijk. Achteraf is dit een manco gebleken! Het examen gaat puur in op de theorie, een gedeelte van de stof bleek achteraf niet behandeld te zijn. "PowerPoint is duidelijk. Trainer is prettig rustig, kan dingen an sich goed verwoorden en zet ons goed aan t werk. Maakt ook koppeling met lean huis, probeert aan te sluiten bij Barneveldse praktijk. Dat lukt goed muv voorbeelden bij vragen. Te veel voorbeelden die niet over gemeenten gaan. Slechts Nijmegen wordt genoemd.
Verbeterpunt: veel engelse termen die niet nodig zijn

"Nothing wrong with the course content and presentation.

Venue great apart from the air conditioning freezing us. Maybe a couple more breaks needed to let things settle in before progressing.
