The course offers a solution for beginning and experienced Agile coaches who want to develop themselves in the coach profession. With deepening in Agile coaching and Agile transformations you will be ready to manage teams or your colleagues during complete Agile transformations. This makes the Agile Coach Course the most complete Agile Coach training that Gladwell Academy has to offer.
During this training you will learn:
- To become an independent Agile Coach
- Guide Agile transformations from team to individual level
- Strengthen your coaching and development techniques
- Develop your professional coaching skills.
Level entry:
The Agile Coach program lasts 12 days in which three levels are completed to fully train you to Agile Coach:
- Foundation – Introduction to Agile Coaching – 5 Days
- Practioner – Deep dive in Agile Coaching – 3 Days
- Advanced – Coaching in Agile Transformations – 4 Days
Another option is to join the practitioner of advanced module on its own. Starting from the Practioner or Advanced level is possible depending on your experience. Prior to this, a personal intake interview will take place with you and the senior lecturer. In this interview all details concerning the training program will be discussed, such as expectations and level and training needs, in order to best tailor the training to your learning needs.
