Seminarziel

The goal of the Professional Scrum Master (PSMI) course is to provide  participants with the knowledge and skills to effectively lead and guide  Scrum teams. The course covers the principles and values of Scrum, the  roles and responsibilities of the Scrum Master, the importance of the  Scrum events and artifacts, and how to facilitate and coach Scrum teams.  The course also prepares participants to take the Professional Scrum  Master I (PSM I) certification exam. The goal is for participants to  leave the course with a solid understanding of Scrum and the ability to  apply Scrum principles and practices to their work.
