This course is a series of cross-cultural training tools and cultural diversity activities that can help build cultural diversity skills in the workplace and with clients. Our cultural awareness skills workshop is critical for managing cultural diversity and enables your organization and your leaders to meet the high-performance demands of an increasingly global economy. Seminar participants learn a values-based process for navigating
cross-cultural communication and to develop practical strategies
for driving cultural understanding. Case studies are used for the
specific cultures being taught. The course will boost productivity
by helping students learn specific behaviors and values to better
manage cultural expectations. Practicing cultural awareness helps
to build an understanding of why people do what they do and builds
cultural awareness that leads to more effective collaboration and
better decisions for your organization.
