The full-time MBA at Furtwangen University is a general management MBA. It empowers our students with the knowledge, skills and experience that will prepare them for their careers in the global business world. Various practice-oriented international business courses are designed to offer students a broad and challenging learning experience, while small class sizes enable us to maintain a supportive leaning environment within a unique ‘family’ culture.

HFU Business School has partner universities on all five continents and are thus able to offer the students opportunities for their study semesters abroad as well as for exchanging lecturers. In this way both students and professors are able to gain additional international input ad experience. Language training and intercultural studies are an integral part of our study programs. 

The program is international, individual and innovative. Through the use of modern, interactive teaching methods (business games, computer-based teaching) as well as the inclusion of current international issues in the teaching content. Individual responsibility and open communication as well as a culture of mutual trust and respect are the basis of the quality control system. Students and professors alike contribute to the continuous improvement process of the business school and their rankin in the Rising Stars 2010 ranking. To ensure a continuing improvement of or study programs for the future, the Faculty of International Business is currently undertaking the re-accreditation of all the programs through FIBAA, following the excellent results achieved during their initial accreditation 2004 / 2005.
