• Product Owner accountabilities: Learn what it means to own a Product within a Scrum Team.
• Product Vision & Product Goal: Define clear and inspiring direction connected to measurable outcomes.
• Story Mapping & Product Backlog Items: Turn user needs into transparent, well-structured Product backlog items.
• Backlog Refinement: Collaborate with your Scrum Team to prepare work for upcoming Sprints.
• Road mapping & Planning: Create realistic, outcome-driven roadmaps that align with product goals.
• Prioritization: Apply techniques to order the Product Backlog for maximum value.
• Design Thinking (complementary practice): Explore customer empathy and solution design in harmony with Scrum.
