Organisations often invest significant effort in defining strategy, yet struggle to translate that strategy into execution. Organisations often invest significant effort in defining strategy, yet struggle to translate that strategy into execution. Teams work on multiple initiatives, priorities compete and it remains unclear how daily work contributes to meaningful outcomes. This leads to a lack of focus, limited alignment and difficulty in measuring real progress.
OKR (Objectives and Key Results) offers a way to connect strategy to execution by focusing on outcomes instead of activities. It enables organisations to define clear Objectives, measure progress through Key Results and align teams around shared goals. As a Certified OKR Practitioner, you play a key role in designing, facilitating and embedding this way of working.
In this Certified OKR Practitioner (C-OKRPĀ®) training, you learn how to apply OKRs in practice within complex organisational environments. You focus on defining strong Objectives and measurable Key Results, aligning teams and departments, and embedding OKRs into existing ways of working such as Agile, Lean or product-driven organisations. You will also learn how to facilitate OKR cycles, support leadership and drive continuous improvement based on outcomes.

Why this training stands out
Connected Movement works with organisations that operate in complex environments where alignment, prioritisation and outcome-driven working are critical. Our trainers are practitioners who actively apply OKRs, Lean-Agile principles and product thinking in real transformations.
This means you learn not only how OKRs work in theory, but also how to design and implement OKRs in practice, taking into account organisational dynamics, stakeholder complexity and real-world constraints.
The result is a training that is practical, grounded and directly applicable in your own organisation.
