Satisfy your requirement for the GSA Real Property Leasing warrants for the Public Building Service (PBS) leasing program with AMA’s GSA-approved Lease Acquisition Training (LAT) course. Available only through AMA’s MOBIS Federal Supply Schedule Contract #GS-02F-0092R, this training is now one of the prerequisite courses required for the Basic, Level I, II or III real property leasing warrant

Dedicate four days to developing your skills with this nationwide practitioner-level training program, co-developed by The American Management Association (AMA) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM©) in accordance with the Lease Reform (LRe) Implementation Report issued in April 2011. This course covers the lease acquisition process from the initial phase and pre-solicitation activities through and including post-award activities and tenant occupation of space.
