About Agile/Scrum:
This is a 1 day instructor lead classroom based training program. All the participants will be involved in many exercises in which they will learn Agile & Scrum concepts that they can take it to their projects, groups, and organization and make a difference right away. This is a highly interactive program and participants will learn from a series of short lectures and activities practice the concepts.

What you will learn?

• In this class, the attendees will learn the Principles and Values of Agile and will learn in detail the practices of the Scrum Framework.
• During the one day session, the instructor will share his years of experience in coaching groups to become Agile using the Scrum framework.
• Practical tips on what works and what doesn’t, how to create an environment for hyper productive group, etc will be shared during this class.
