This two-day SAFe DevOps course provides a comprehensive overview to understand the DevOps competencies and accelerate time-to-market. Map the current value stream through your delivery pipeline from idea to cash and identify practices that will eliminate the bottlenecks to that flow of value.

About the course

Provides the tools to execute an implementation plan for improving your delivery pipeline and the knowledge you require to support the project. After taking the optional SAFe® DevOps Practitioner (SDP) certification exam, you’ll certify as a SAFe DevOps Practitioner (SDP).

You will build an understanding of the complete flow of value from Continuous Exploration to Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, and Release on Demand. You’ll also explore SAFe’s CALMR (Culture, Automation, Lean, Measure, Recover) approach to DevOps, which helps create a culture of shared responsibility for the full spectrum of Solution delivery. It helps align people, processes, and technology throughout the organization to achieve faster time-to-market.

Our SAFe DevOps courses are taught by one or two SPCs (SAFe Program Consultants) or SPCTs (SAFe Program Consultant Trainers). These inspiring trainers are consultants who are active in the field and have extensive SAFe experience in training and implementing SAFe at large organizations.

Requirements for graduation

The first step towards becoming SAFe certified is to participate in the SAFe for Teams course. This is a requirement, as participation in the course gives access to all study material and the exam. Participants must attend both course days to be eligible to graduate. Please note that participation in the course does not guarantee that you will pass the exam.

FAQ

When is the classroom schedule?

Depending on the starting dates, our classroom courses are consecutively held from 10 am - 6 pm (CET) with lunch breaks in between

Will missing a live class affect my ability to complete the course?

Yes, you may be subject to not getting the exam voucher if you don't attend a class. Therefore, it's better always to let us know at least 2 weeks in advance if you require any rescheduling requests.
