Course Overview

PRINCE2 Agile Foundation provides a good basis for project work and management with PRINCE2 in combination with agile methods. The certification is suitable for those who work in agile projects and who want to be able to combine PRINCE2 with agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban and Lean Startup.

What is PRINCE2 Agile®?

PRINCE2 Agile® combines the flexibility and responsiveness of Agile methods with the clearly defined framework of PRINCE2®. PRINCE2 Agile has been created for those organizations and individuals who use PRINCE2 (or other project management methodologies, such as Props, PPS, etc.) but recognize the benefits of using Agile methods.

PRINCE2 Agile provides guidance on how to practically use both PRINCE2 and Agile, reduce conflicts and implement effectively, so that you can benefit from the best of both worlds.

The aim of the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner qualification is to demonstrate that you can apply and adapt PRINCE2 Agile to different types of projects. A successful Practitioner should be able to start applying the methodology to a real project but may not be sufficiently qualified to do this appropriately in all situations. Your individual project management expertise, the complexity of the project and the support provided for the use of PRINCE2 Agile in your working environment will all be factors in what you can achieve.

EXAM DETAILS

• 60 minutes
• Multiple-choice
• 50 questions, each worth one mark
• 28 marks or more out of 50 questions required to pass – 55% pass mark
• Closed book

Exams are taken online via remote proctor. You will be sent an email invitation approximately two weeks before course commencement to register on the Peoplecert portal. Once registered, you can book your online exam at a date and time. You are responsible for booking your exam.

PRINCE2 Agile is accredited by PeopleCert, based on partner agreements and meets accreditation requirements.
