Prerequisites

There are no formal prerequisites for attending the PMP® Exam Preparing Course, but there are specific prerequisites before you can schedule and book your PMP® exam.

To be eligible for PMP certification, you must fulfill certain educational and professional experience requirements.

• All project management experience must have been gained in the last eight consecutive years prior to submitting your application.
• Secondary education (high school, diploma or the global equivalent).
• At least five years/60 months of unique, non-overlapping professional project management experience during which at least 7,500 hours were devoted to leading and managing the project.
• 35 hours of project management training OR CAPM certification

OR

• Four-year degree
• At least three years/36 months of unique, non-overlapping professional project management experience during which at least 4500 hours have been spent leading and managing the project
• 35 hours of project management training OR CAPM certification
• To lead and manage the project as identified with the tasks, knowledge and skills specific to project management Professional Examination Content Outline.
• You should have experience in all five process groups throughout your project management experience submitted on the application. However, on a single project, you do not need to have experience in all five process groups.

PMP® exam

• Exam language: English
• Format: multiple choice questions
• Delivery: Online exam, closed book, no outside assistance, timed
• Access: Candidates can access the exam through their Pearson VUE Testing Centers account.
• Duration: 230 minutes; one additional break for a total of two 10-minute breaks for computer-based exams.
• Number of questions: 180
• Passing score: Passing scores are determined by psychometric analysis.
• Exam fee: The first exam attempt is included as part of the course registration fee if the exam is taken within 30 days of completing the course. Each additional attempt costs $350.
• Retake policy: The second and third attempts at the test (first and second retakes) can be taken within the one-year eligibility period.

When is the classroom schedule?

Depending on the starting dates, our classroom courses are consecutively held from 10 am - 6 pm (CET) with lunch breaks in between

Will missing a live class affect my ability to complete the course?

Yes, you may be subject to not getting the exam voucher if you don't attend a class. Therefore, it's better always to let us know at least 2 weeks in advance if you require any rescheduling requests.
