Course description
DASM certification will enable you to successfully lead agile teams and thus ensure the future of your career in a world where agile is rapidly becoming the norm. The Disciplined Agile® toolbox contains hundreds of proven practices, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe® and even some predictive methods, and puts them in context.
Disciplined Agile is a versatile toolkit offering hundreds of frameworks, allowing you to tailor a Way of Working that aligns with your project and business requirements. Recognizing that every project is unique, it provides the flexibility to adopt a customized approach rather than relying on a limited set of “best practices.” The toolkit highlights various methods and outlines their potential trade-offs, enabling informed decision-making. By combining the best aspects of different frameworks, Disciplined Agile helps create solutions uniquely suited to your organization's needs.
