This change management certification to boost your career!

Change Management™ is the change management certification to enhance your IT career! (* According to 'CIO' magazine)

"Change management is an essential skill for IT, project management and development."

The world has become so unpredictable. Therefore, the ability of organisations to adapt to change is crucial to stay competitive. At the same time, innovation is also happening with unprecedented speed, complexity and global reach. Leaders and team managers need to be able to deliver continuous results with a much higher degree of agility than before. All this often with geographically dispersed teams.

The development of organisations and projects will only succeed if they are supported by effective organisational change management.

Learn how to implement and manage change effectively.

The APMG-International Change Management course is associated with the impact and management of change; this is a high priority for any organisation where change is essential to facilitate project implementation. This qualification is based on the theory and application of change for the individual, change for the organisation, communication and stakeholder engagement and change management best practice.

APMG-International Change Management™ v3 Foundation & Practitioner Virtual (distance with face-to-face sessions)

The leading Change Management certification for professionals working in organisational change, transition and transformation.

Our Change Management courses, developed in partnership with the Change Management Institute, are designed to help organisations and their people manage the impact of change. They provide techniques to effectively plan and implement successful transformation initiatives.

In the modern business environment, change is relentless. This can be a challenge, but it also presents opportunities. By managing change effectively, organisations can improve their performance and achieve their goals.

Understanding the impact of change is crucial to managing it. Change can create either positive or negative outcomes. It can lead to increased productivity, improved morale and new opportunities, but it can also cause stress, anxiety and resistance.

Our Change Management training explores how change affects and is affected by individuals, teams, change leaders and organisations.

APMG accredited change management courses provide individuals with the knowledge, proven methods and techniques to:

  • Unlock resistance to change.
  • Provide effective support and motivation to individuals and teams to embrace change.
  • Utilise a range of professional practices to implement change smoothly and effectively.
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders throughout the change process to gain support
  • accelerate the implementation of change programmes
  • Highlight their contribution as change experts to initiatives.

Techniques and tools discussed in the course, such as how to lead change and involve those affected by it, and effective communication strategies, can help organisations manage change and reap the benefits.

These qualifications also offer a route to independent accreditation by the Change Management Institute.
