What makes this course unique?
Hands-On Product Strategy Practice
built around your real product, not generic case studies. You’ll develop your product strategy, define a clear vision and value proposition, create an outcome-driven roadmap, and apply the Product Operating Model in your own context. By the end of the course, you’ll have worked through the full product lifecycle — from idea to value delivery.
The Product Operating Model
A proven, open-source framework for running your product from strategy to value delivery — designed to work alongside any agile approach, not just Scrum. Most CSPO courses stop at user stories. This course goes further, equipping you to design and run an effective product operation that consistently delivers real value.
Practical AI Tools Integration
AI tools are embedded throughout the course, integrated into product strategy, backlog management, and decision-making. You’ll gain hands-on experience using tools like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot on real product challenges — not as an add-on, but as a core part of the learning.
Free 1:1 Coaching Session
A free 30-minute one-on-one session with your trainer after the course — no other CSPO provider includes this as standard. You’ll have the opportunity to discuss real challenges from your first weeks as a Product Owner, receive tailored guidance on applying the Product Operating Model and strategy tools in your organisation, and build confidence ahead of key activities like your first Sprint Review or backlog refinement session as a certified CSPO®.

Will missing a live class affect my ability to complete the course?
Yes, you may be subject to not getting the exam voucher if you don't attend a class. Are the sessions recorded?
No. The course is delivered live and is highly interactive, with breakout sessions, group activities, and real-time discussions forming a core part of the experience. It’s designed as a hands-on learning environment rather than content you can watch on demand. Full attendance on both days is required by the Scrum Alliance to qualify for certification.
Do I need prior Agile or Scrum experience?
No. This course is suitable for beginners as well as those with some experience looking to deepen their knowledge. All you need is a willingness to engage in interactive sessions. If possible, bring a product you’re involved with or interested in — you’ll use it throughout the two days.
Is there an exam, and how do I get certified?
There’s no exam. To earn your CSPO®, you need to attend and actively participate in both days of the course with your webcam on. Afterward, you’ll be nominated to the Scrum Alliance, where you’ll need to accept the CSPO® License Agreement and complete your membership profile.
