FAQ

When and where does the course hold?

The course generally held for 2 days live online via Zoom (10:00–18:00 CET, with 1 hour lunch break).

Are you open for group / company training?

Yes we are flexible if you want to have a customized group training at minimum of 6 but ideally 8 participants to make the learning experience interactive with group activities. We can also customize the training sessions. For example, instead of 2 days x 8 hours, we can split into 4 days x 4 hours spread into 2 weeks (total of 16 hours training)

Will missing a live class affect my ability to complete the course?

Yes, you may be subject to not getting the exam voucher if you don't attend a class. Therefore, it's better always to let us know at least 2 weeks in advance if you require any rescheduling requests.There is no class recordings for each session due to copyrights, make sure you are able to attend all class sessions

Are the sessions recorded?

No. The course is delivered live and is highly interactive, with breakout sessions, group activities, and real-time discussions forming a core part of the experience. It’s designed as a hands-on learning environment rather than content you can watch on demand. Full attendance on both days is required by the Scrum Alliance to qualify for certification.

Do I need prior Agile or Scrum experience?

No. This course is suitable for complete beginners as well as those with informal Scrum experience. We start with the fundamentals and build up, so all you need is a willingness to learn and actively participate in interactive exercises.

What does a certified ScrumMaster do?

A certified Scrum Master facilitates agile project management within a team by guiding and coaching team members to understand the theory, rules, methods and values of the Scrum framework. They help ensure that the team adheres to the Scrum methods and principles and remove any barriers to progress.
